    Social Emotional Well-being- Teacher/Adult Focus
Strategies to Navigate the Waves of Change

The past year has been a rolling sea of change for most. Both teachers and paraprofessionals place self-care many times placed at the bottom of the “to do” list. In this session you are invited to participate in PD that focuses on a little TLC for you. The strategies you learn will build your resilience and can be passed on to the student you serve.

Kathy Magnusson, M. Ed. believes learning is an adventure. She has over 25 years working with youth in a variety of formal and informal settings. Kathy taught for ten years as a science teacher and has a Master of Education degree from the University of Minnesota.

As owner of Wildewood Learning, Kathy develops tailored professional development opportunities for teachers and youth professionals that will support them in fostering skills for resilience in their students. She helps educators to develop their own social and emotional learning skills to create a positive relationship with students, creating a ripple effect that changes the process of learning for all.

$65 per participant for the series (includes both sessions)
