  • National Spelling Bee ~ Washington, D.C.

    Ainsley Boucher MN Spelling Bee Winner   Ainsley Boucher from Crookston won the Multi Regional Spelling Bee that was held in Fergus Falls on February 21st. The next step for Ainsley is the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C. from May 28 - June 3.

  • MDE Assessment Advisory Panel Looking for Participants

    Your perspective and experience as a teacher in Minnesota is a vital part of the review of the questions that are on the MCAs given to Minnesota students.  Math, Reading, Science, EL, and SPED teachers in grades 2-12 are invited to sign up to be part of the pool for Content Advisory panels.  Review new MCA questions for content and alignment during 3 or 4 days in summer at the MDE in Roseville.
